In this role you will deal with:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
• Build and automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and integrate with existing systems
• Implement AI-driven features leveraging Azure OpenAI services, Open-Source LLMs and related frameworks
• Develop and customize solutions using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and Copilot to enhance productivity and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop proof-of-concepts, and deliver production-ready solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in cloud environments
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and .NET ecosystem to recommend best practices and innovative solutions
• Communication with the customer via email/messengers/calls (English)

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for business process automation
• Experience with Azure OpenAI services and integrating LLM-based solutions
• Knowledge of Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and Copilot for AI-driven application development
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred), APIs, and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment
• English at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and in AI implementations in an insurance industry
