We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to handle hands‑on technical tasks—architecture and setup—while also contributing to presales activities for the US market. You’ll focus on designing, building and supporting solutions across modern web and cloud stacks, occasionally engaging with clients and sales teams to shape technical proposals and discovery. This role offers varied technical challenges, exposure to diverse industries and clients, the chance to influence both project execution and proposal direction, and includes onboarding, ongoing support, and mentorship from an experienced colleague.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design architectural solution options and define technical approaches
  • Lead project setup and kickoff: run init sessions, configure environments, and provide starter artifacts
  • Support and oversee project launches and early iterations
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship: conduct reviews, guide tech‑stack selection, and ensure alignment with presales commitments
  • Coordinate across business, development, and delivery teams
  • Gather, analyze, and formalize customer requirements; translate business objectives into technical solutions
  • Prepare estimates (costs, timelines, team composition), proposals, roadmaps, and presentations
  • Participate in presales activities: demos, technical consultations, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Identify risks and constraints, and propose mitigation plans.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5–7 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong full‑stack background with Python or JavaScript
  • Practical experience with AI/ML technologies and model integration
  • Proven hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions (backend, frontend, and ML/AI integration)
  • Systemic thinking and ability to make fast architectural decisions
  • Proactive, mature mindset with a passion for cutting‑edge technologies and continuous improvement
  • Strong client orientation and excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
  • English — B2 or higher (for client communication and documentation).
