Major responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable Python code with a focus on scalable, AI-native architecture
• Design and implement backend services and application components as part of a distributed system
• Participate in frontend development using React (modern, hooks-based approach)
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices
• Design and optimize database interactions (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Create and maintain technical documentation: APIs, architecture decisions, modules, and development guidelines
• Take part in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Python development (FastAPI, async services)
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend practices
• Experience contributing to MVP development while keeping long-term scalability and architecture in mind
• Solid understanding of system design and API integrations
• Experience working with AI / LLM-based systems (strong advantage)
• Confidence working in environments with a high level of autonomy
• Proactive mindset: ability to ask the right questions and propose solutions
• Experience communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• English at B2 level or higher 

Nice to have, but not critical:

• Experience in the Healthcare domain, especially with US-based products or regulations
• Experience with secure authentication flows, including SSO and token-based access
