In this role you will deal with:
- Developing and modernizing corporate applications, APIs, and backend integrations using C#/.NET
- Working with SQL databases and optimizing data processing
- Contributing to the modernization of the frontend using Blazor
- Performing coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and code optimization
- Designing technical solutions and maintaining design and architecture documentation
- Leading the development team, providing technical guidance, and mentoring less experienced developers
- Ensuring code quality and compliance with development standards
- Communicating with stakeholders and the customer regarding new functionality and prioritization
- Communicating with the customer via email/messengers/calls (English)
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET/.NET Core
- Previous experience in a Technical Lead role
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Git and Git Flow
- Proficiency in managing tasks from start to release
- Great communication and mentoring skills
- An eye for detail
- B2 English level fluency
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with .NET 10 and microservices architecture
- Experience with frontend frameworks, especially Blazor, or willingness to learn Blazor
- Familiarity with Copilot
- Background in the Insurance domain
