Many projects involve building platforms from the ground up, integrating AI features, or modernizing existing systems. Others focus on internal tools that improve operations or customer-facing services that need to be reliable, fast, and secure.

Most of our collaborations are long-term, with dedicated teams fully integrated into the client’s process. You’ll often work closely with product owners,  business analysts, and engineers on their side along with the engineering team on our end, using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Major responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code
• Design and implement backend services, scripts, or full-stack components
• Develop RESTful APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django
• Integrate with third-party APIs and internal microservices
• Design both backend and frontend functionality when needed
• Optimize and write queries for SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases
• Document APIs, system architecture, and developer guides

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Strong Python fundamentals: syntax, control flow, data types, error handling
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs
• Proficiency with SQL and ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Peewee, Django ORM)
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MongoDB
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React or Angular)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and sense of accountability
• English level: B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/ML tools or services
