It is not possible to provide a complete list of all personal data that we process since there is no single template for CVs and hence each job applicant can provide completely different data. As an example this private data can be name and surname, title, date of birth, photo, email, phone number, job field, education, citizenship, language skills, completed courses, certificates awarded, you skills and personal interests.

Symfa protects your personal information in the same way that it protects its own confidential information, i.e. we store it on secure servers that only selected personnel have access to prevent unauthorized access. In order to protect your personal information, we bring to the attention of Symfa employees privacy and security recommendations and ensure its execution.

To access your personal data. You have the right to access your personal data that we stored by sending a request to our e-mail: email@example.com. Under certain circumstances and in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that you provided to Symfa, in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format.
You will not have to pay for access to your personal information (or to exercise any other rights). Notwithstanding that Symfa may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with your request if your request is manifestly unreasonable or repetitive.
To modify or correct your personal data. You have the right to send us a request to change your personal data, if, for example, it is incomplete or incorrect. To modify your personal data, you can send a request by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To withdraw your consent. In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. In order to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, you need to send a request to our e-mail: email@example.com. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of any processing of Symfa conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information where we have the legal right or obligation to do so by virtue of an act of law.
To restrict or prohibit the processing of your personal data. You have the right to restrict or prohibit the processing of personal data at any time, for justified reasons.
Upon receipt of the request, we will stop or limit the processing of your personal data, except in situations where we have legal grounds or legal obligation for the processing of personal data, as well as if such processing is necessary to establish, exercise or protect our rights.
Other rights. Along with the rights to access, modify, restrict or prohibit the processing mentioned above, you have other rights in relation to the personal data we store, such as the right to delete data, the right to transfer data, the right to file a complaint to the data protection authority.

Sometimes it may take longer if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, Symfa will notify you and will keep you informed.

Any complaints received will be reviewed and respond within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint to an authorized body.
